Tribal injured by Sloth Bear in Songadha forests of Drammadganj range

A villager named Chaudhary Koal, aged 50 years is injutred in a fresh case of man-sloth bear conflict which took place in Drammadganj Forest Range on 3rd February, 2016. Reportedly he went to the forests to collect fuelwood. Drammadganj forests are one of the largest continous forests in Mirzapur district and is known for sloth bears.
