This page has updates from the new case filed in the principal bench of the National Green Tribunal on violation of its judgment dated 21 December 2016 set aside the 'Environmental Clearance' granted to the proposed 1320 MW Coal-based Thermal Power Plant by Welspun Energy (U.P.)
